Return Policy
At I AM BIOME, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 10 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details. Products must be in their original packaging and unused. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
